Alex Gyde the sales executive was estremely helpful and imforative throughout the whole process and spent quite a bit of time with me running through the various bits of the car when I collected it which was really helpful.

Dec was amazing. Very professional, kind and courteous. Dec was there to greet me when I picked up my car. He took me through all the tech, set up and connected my phone to the car. Again, he didn't rush and gave me chance to ask questions to clarify

Sales team are not pushy. I've bought many cars over the years and found some dealerships to be very pushy wanting you to sign up that minute etc. Not at Sandal Mini. Friendly, approachable and helpful sales team.

I was a bit disappointed that I had to chase Mini up to find out if my car was ready to collect. I did this at 5pm, my car had been with Mini since 8am. I was surprised to then have to wait another 30mins for a call back.

Mini went in on Tuesday 19th March for recall, lots of issues regarding getting a courtesy car, no communication from them , complained as they now do not have any estimated time for the part they need to be delivered. So stuck in a rubbish car.

Appalling! Car dropped off night b4, had car all day. I rang at 4pm - had heard nothing asked for call back by 16:30 if any issues. Left home at 17:10 2 get car b4 closing. Got there car not ready had to go back next morning!

Almost a 5. My contact rang me and was very helpful but didn't send the pre registration to me to reduce time at check in. This wasn't really needed though because it was quick anyway. I received a call the next day asking if everything was ok
