I felt so welcome and comfortable. All the things I wanted in a car is felt easy. The place was clean. Hospitality 10/10. Jack, I couldn't ask for anyone better. Made me so comfortable and heard. Would recommend him to anyone. Couldn't ask for better

Great service from start to finish. Ceinan was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the process and helped me secure my brand new electric Mini! Ceinan kept me informed throughout and was really responsive to all my questions.

Minor point but was left wondering about sales/service balance. Advised over phone tyres needing changing urgently (red). Could have gone ahead if tyres in stock. Not as urgent when discussed at the office but options not clear over phone.

Dec was great to deal with, really helpful and understood I knew what I wanted and didn't need heavy selling. Only issues I had were I came in a couple of times and left my number at the front desk and never revived a call back.
