Keinan was brilliant from start to finish. Did not rush when talking us through our options and at no point did he try the 'hard sell'. When picking up our car he took his time showing us all the workings of it and at all times was professional.

Jack in Sales was amazing from start to finish. Jack listened to what i needed, my style and knew exactly the mini for me. He was so calm on my first automatic lesson too!! Chris G in finance was lovely as usual and got everything sorted promptly!

Nail found in tyre. Informed that tyre needed replacing to pass mot. Video sent later shows that nail in middle of tyre. Therefore option to repair existing tyre should have been given, but wasn't. Torn driver windscreen wiper missed in mot check.

Poor customer service. Not a swift appointment, waiting longer for the paperwork to be done than the MOT took. Said the wash would take longer than the shout a lot, so declined, but car was sat after 30mins complete. No call to say it was done.

Mentioned an issue that I had with the windscreen wipers from juddering across the windscreen. (I had already replaced the worst blade). Received video and issue at 16:44pm and asking for authorisation. Call from dealership at 4:30pm to collect car.

All service aspects were excellent but the car didn't receive the promised wask on the first visit, so I was promised a full valet on the second visit. When I received the car back it definatly wasn't a full valet!

I wasn't aware that I had a free service, so I was happy about that. Also I didn't realise that my car would be washed and vacuumed free of charge too. I think I have another service due now. Can you advise me about the above if it's included again

Whilst I am happy that the service technician found a cut in one of my wife's car tyres on its MOT. The car was supplied new by an approved Mini dealership JCT, has only had Continental tyres fitted from new, so to be told no replacement option?

My car was not ready on the same day which was not an issue as I had a courtesy car. I was asked to return this first thing as it was needed for another customer. I complied and at 8 am no one there. So I had to wait 20 minutes to simply swap keys.
