They were in constant contact with me and kept me updated at all stages. Delivery was on time and Jack explained the cars functions he also reassured me that he would follow up after a few days to see that everything was good.

They damaged my car during the diagnostic, but didn't tell me. The courtesy car was electric (I had no way of charging it at home). As soon as I drove out, a warning light came on for tyre pressure. Communication wasn't great. I had to ring them.

The service team are very approachable and knowledgeable. There is always a friendly welcome. The service was completed in time and my car was also washed with a valet.
