Very disappointed with the supposed curtesy car I've bought 3 Coopers from Sandal and I feel I'm a good customer I've just paid £505 for a service and you want me to pay £30 more for the curtesy car next service will be an independent garage

They damaged my car during the diagnostic, but didn't tell me. The courtesy car was electric (I had no way of charging it at home). As soon as I drove out, a warning light came on for tyre pressure. Communication wasn't great. I had to ring them.

Receptionist was lovely but car was not washed. Having previously worked in the service dept in the motor trade, every car whether warranty or chargeable was offered a wash when in the dealership, thought that would be as standard.

There was a misunderstanding about how long my service would take, probably my fault. I thought it would be an hour and it was 3. I therefore had to wait for 3 hours. Had I realised I'd have arranged a lift from friends. Staff were welcoming though.

We booked a rapid service with a valet clean. However due to availability, the service was done within the allotted time, I.e to finish by 10.30 but it was 12.00 by the time I could collect the car. And unfortunately had to rush the clean.
