Supported me through a difficult situation, with my last car the reg was recorded incorrectly on wheel and alloy cover, I was going back and forth with the insurer after paying £400 for new tyres. Ange and Jack looked after me and got all this done

I just picked up my new mini on Thursday, Finn and Jack couldn't have done any more for me they were absolutely brilliant! I love my new car and everyone at Sandal made my experience so smooth!

The service was easy to book, I fad space to work, the colleagues were great. I then had to go to the parts department for batteries for my key fob and the service was terrible. A doorbell to ring, no way of knowing if heard, left to wait for ages.

Initial rude email from head of service at Sandal Huddersfield. Had to get in touch with BMW UK customer in the middle between Sandal and BMW UK. Run diagnostic test got the results a service rep Tracy said that they would be sent to BMW UK not case.

Difficult communication Keep you waiting High costs In one occasion managed to shear off a bolt in a brake caliper and then charge ME for the restorative work that was needed. Would not engage and reimburse when I followed the complaint process.

I had to phone the Centre three times over the space of one week before someone called me back so that I could book by MOT. This is not the customer service I expect from Mini.

Booking in process was easy with flexible dropping off times. A hire car loan would be even better. The Service Advisor kept me informed of progress at regular intervals and negotiated a good rate for tyres.
