Our latest processes and procedures support all restrictions advised. This includes social distancing, enhanced hygiene measures and updated operating processes.
Here are some examples we have taken to keep everyone safe:
- Showroom Signage - A reminder to keep 2 metres apart and direction to hand sanitising stations.
- New screens at workstations - for everyone’s protection. If you would like to discuss one of our vehicles, the desks are set up to safely do so.
- Vehicle Sanitisation - Vehicles on display remain locked until a member of the sales team can safely show you around. After each viewing, the vehicle will be locked again until it has been disinfected.
The Government has announced that as of 24th July, all retail environments including shops, supermarkets, showrooms amongst others, must ensure that all visitors must wear a face covering on entering the premises. As such Sandal is required to comply to this measure throughout our dealerships to further restrict COVID-19.
We are welcoming our customers safely, and it is imperative that we continue to control the number of customers in our dealerships at any one time. Help us to achieve this when you can by calling us to arrange an appointment instead of calling in.

Q: If I buy a vehicle, how will the handover/collection of the vehicle work?
A: We’ll create a plan together, ensuring that we take all your circumstances into account. We’ll maintain social distancing and can even send informative ‘how to’ videos for you to get to know your new vehicle from the safety of your home. And of course, your new MINI will be clean, safe, and ready to go on the day.
