The salesman James Platt was very professional and made the whole purchase experience very enjoyable for me and my wife.
Felt really comfortable was always welcomed warmly. Answered every question i asked, was very happy with the service.

Excellent service as always.
Great engineers take time to explain what they have done and finding fault which turned out to be bearings. Receiption and on phone very good service. Can be hard to get the receptionist at mini desk attention could greet better

Very painless and costless
When I went to collect the MINI I was given the impression over the phone that the car had failed the MOT; this was not the case.
They were fabulous. They were very helpful.

arrangements for service excellent
They changed the discs and pads. I was not aware that they were going to change the discs; there was a charge of £164.00.
Everything was fine. The only issue was that I was collected an hour before the vehicle was ready. As the vehicle hadn't been cleaned before arrived therefore was left waiting in the dealer for an hour while this done.

they did not rectify one of the rattle issues. the MINI team had gone home before i arrived at 5.55pm and i had to go find someone to help me

Given misleading and incorrect information when I rang up, then it was almost 2 weeks for a key that I was told would be 48 hours.
It was good. Easy and straightforward.
I really think Mini could have paid for the insurance cost for the day for me to borrow a courtesy car afterall the repair was being carried out under warranty.
