very happy with the buying and delivery of our new MINI. The dealership had very good facilities, we were offered refreshment and there were computer games to keep our six year old very happy. It was also lovely to receieve flowers on collection.

The wing mirror cover was the wrong colour, despite me telling the service advisor the correct one over the phone prior to bringing the car in. This meant I had to return a couple of days later, however the service manager did offer me a discount.

They were very efficient and could not fault them my car is an older model but that makes no difference I am still treated as a valid customer
